Bill Mann brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning digital identity, cybersecurity, developer infrastructure, and AI-driven security. He has held senior executive and product leadership roles at some of the industry's most influential technology companies, including CA Technologies, where he served as General Manager and in Product Leadership roles.
Bill later became Chief Product Officer at Centrify (now Delinea), leading the company's identity and privileged access management strategy through a period of significant growth and market expansion, culminating in its acquisition by Thoma Bravo. As CEO of Styra, he helped commercialize Open Policy Agent (OPA), the Cloud Native Computing Foundation's leading open-source policy engine, establishing Policy-as-Code as a foundational standard for cloud-native authorization and governance.
Most recently, Bill co-founded and served as CEO of InceptionCyber.ai, an AI-native email security company focused on protecting organizations from next-generation cyber threats.
As a Strategic Advisor to ProofOfID, Bill provides guidance on corporate strategy, product positioning, enterprise go-to-market execution, cybersecurity, and capital formation.
