As the CEO and Co-Founder of Optimiz Inc., he continues to help enterprises enhance performance through AIOps and intelligent service management.
Previously, Tom held senior leadership roles at institutions including CIBC, AGF, and Manulife, and he has founded multiple successful companies, including Brootsoft Inc. and Scenario Systems Corporation.
